I'm hoping so. You're going with someone who only has 124 rushing yards on the year replacing a player who had over 800 yards rushing.

It obviously hurts them but they are also still very deep in talent.

I hate to admit it but Mahomes looks like the next big thing in the Rogers/Brees/Rivers/Brady ilk

And I don't care who wants to shoot me for putting Rivers in that latter bunch.

To lose your starting RB, a big star, for good in just a day is a hammer to the nuts of the Chiefs. It would have been that way for us if Gordon had broken his leg/knee on that hit from Nkemdiche and had to retire. It is a devastating blow that will surface and be an issue.

          So far, not a Lombardi.
Hopefully that changes, and he isn't this generation's Marino.

Ware is a very good RB. Hunt was supposed to back him up but he blew out his knee last year. The 11 games so far have given him time to be back 100%. I also suspect that there is another unknown RB on that team who will be excellent. Reid is a great offensive coach. Just chokes when it really counts. Would not be surprised if Chiefs don't miss a beat. And Eric Berry is back now, too.

Like, how am I a traitor? Your team are traitors.

It will hurt them in the playoffs when you need a strong running game. It will bite them imho

But is Berry back to what he was? I question if hell ever be the same.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

It will not help them. Hunt was a big performer. Lets hope it shakes their confidence a bit. We have lost top players...about time they took a hit.

The guy has scored 14 TDs so far this year and has over 1000 yards from scrimmage - of course it will hurt. Ware is a good back, but anytime you replace an elite player with a good player it will hurt a team.

The only difference between the 4 is one of them has yet to play on a SB winning team.
