    Playing overseas again

Jags, Rams, Chargers, Raiders and Bucs to host international games in '19

    10:06 AM PT
    • ESPN
The NFL announced that the Jacksonville Jaguars, Los Angeles Rams, Los Angeles Chargers, Oakland Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host international games in 2019.
Dates and opponents will be announced at a later date.
The NFL will play four games in London and one in Mexico City next season.
The Jaguars are contracted to play one game in London each season through 2020.
A source told ESPN's Jenna Laine that the Bucs had agreed to host an international game as a stipulation for hosting the Super Bowl in 2021.
The NFL previously announced that two games will be played at Wembley Stadium and two at a new stadium being built for Tottenham of the English Premier League next season.
The league will be returning to Mexico City after this season's scheduled Kansas City Chiefs-Rams game was relocated to Los Angeles because of poor field conditions at Estadio Azteca

Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

    Host a game?

Another road game that counts as a home game?

    Bolts get screwed again.

If they were still in SD this would bother me, but, depending on who they play, they will probably have more HFA in London than in LA.

Expected...Temp Stadium situations will get an international game assigned. I hope it isn't the Mexico City game.

Hmm not temporary not any other thing, the teams that moved away to another city are the ones being asked to pay back the favor given to them.. it's so simple.

If I were going to the game, I'd rather have the certainty of the game, vs. the debacle that happened with the scheduled Chief-Rams game. Also, it seems harder to get ready for a very high altitude city vs. jet lag, which the Chargers seemed to figure out.

Maybe the League is testing the waters on what team would be best to move across the pond?
Obviously the Jags are an option( not sure Jacksonville is a long term city) and the Bolts( Kronke doesn't want them in his building and Spanos has no money).
