We have done it before and gained knowledge from experience to help make it go as smoothly as possible.

Ok so would it be say I had the 16th pick in the first round and I was picking for the Titans ( not sure who has the 16th pick in the draft ) how much time would I have to draft that player? Second question is if a player is drafted how is it that no one else takes that player?
