Jealous. My wife & I were on the road that day, had a friend at our house keeping our dog. Caught her just in time to tell her to hit the record button before she left. I must have watched that game ten times since, it's one of the best I've ever seen.

And the funny thing was, when I got home & watched it, I wasn't even nervous at halftime being down 28-7. Says something about my confidence in that team at the time.

My Charger fan friend lives in Louisville, so I flew out for a few days and we drove up for the game. Down 21-0 at one point, and then 28-7 at the half I said "I can't believe I fucking flew out here for THIS." All of the Bengals fan hillbillies behind us were running their mouths big time. And then the second half happened. It was AWESOME! I didn't even say anything to any of them, I just kept turning around and smiling. After the McCree hit people were PISSED (nobody knew at the time Housh had hit someone else's knee) and it got a bit ugly. Between that and the final score, my friend said "maybe we should take off our jerseys" for the walk back to the car. I said "fuck no, I've been listening to shit all day. I don't care if I get my ass kicked, I'm wearing it out proudly." Luckily we didn't have any issues.

Another 'former board lurker' deciding to chip in here. Nice place.

I was in Philly in 2005 for the blocked FG return for a TD game... which was a painful enough play by itself. But it was even worse when San Diego calmly drove all the way down the field only to lose the game on a Caldwell must've-been-in-the-redzone fumble. Ugh.

Superbowl, 1994. The buildup 4 days was great. The game sucked.

I thought those were GB's home games.

Been to 2 charger home games. 95 against Dallas. 09 against Ravens. Lost both. The away game here in Baltimore in 06 was the best even though we lost in the last seconds. That stadium was LOUD.

Fun games...although Pitt was very scary

Fall of 1999 against the Vikings in the Metrodome.

Minnesota was one year removed from their 15-1 team, and much better than the Bolts.

Watched Harbaugh or Erik Kramer (can't remember who played that day) actually play the Vikings closer than expected.

I do remember: Kenny Bynum was our starting Running Back that day. And Seau was literally everywhere... could not belive how much ground he covered. It was something that had to be seen live to be appreciated.
"...of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."

'80 at Dallas: Bolts up 24-14 at haltime. Outscored 28-0 until a garbage time Fouts-Winslow TD in the final minute. Dallas 42-SD 31

'05 at KC: Bolts already eliminated from playoffs struggle through frozen mud bowl to play out the string on Christmas Eve. Froze my ass off with SC 17 and Soonerbolt in rain soaked Arrowhead which featured like 4 pregame tailgaters and a completely empty upper deck. We're talking Arrowhead. That cold. Never. Forget. Met Dustin Colquitt's family on frost-bitten flight home. KC 20-7.

'09 at Jerryworld: Bolts win 20-17. Rivers, VJ and Gates own second half. Charger fans everywhere and huge postgame celebration in the East endzone. My Cowboy-fan father and brother in law were in near tears. Haha!!

'10 at Denver: Bolts hang on vs Tebow 33-28. Rivers over 300 yds. Maybe Mathews' best day as a pro: 139 all purpose yards and 3 TDs.
