Those are your most likely suspects. Houston is probably gonna Take Clowney...but with the first pick in the 2nd round I could see them wait...however, With Cleveland sitting at 26...that Does Mean Houston could look to move up... Or Jacksonville, to get ahead of Cleveland.

I think the Chargers are sitting in a very good spot for trading down.
We can maybe add Tampa Bay to that list. The new staff might not be satisfied with Mike Glennon.

I would love the trade down scenario for the Bolts.

I could actually see HOU trading out of the #1 spot in hopes of still being able to get Mack. If that scenario happened, then I could see the Texans, armed with additional picks, trading back into the first to get their QB

I do too, but only if we're not losing out on talent level (dropping a tier). Otherwise, I'd rather have the big time player.

So in other words if Verrette is there we take him?

I'm not sure I'd want to trade up to get a potential bust like Clowney. That's a franchise killer if it goes wrong.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

There is always that risk, but the key is evaluating the players and doing a good job of developing players.

Houston wants out of #1 bad from what I hear. They like Bortles but not at #1......rumors are out there that Jax and Atlanta might make the move to #1 for Clowney. Houston could move down and still get someone like Mack, Evans, Mathews or Watkins plus a second rounder this year and next years 1st or at least 2nd rounder.....

No. It would depend on who else is available. But I wouldn't have a problem taking Verrett #1.

They either need a LB or QB. I cannot imagine them moving down and picking any position but those two. Makes no sense.

They may not have a choice...if they do the deal with Atlanta Mack could be gone.....they could select Mathews or Watkins ( I admit not immediate needs but BPA) or reach for Barr,
