    Scott Crichton

It's been asked if he'd be a good match for us at 25.

I know people are concerned about our corners (I am too) but wouldn't a front seven "tone-setter" as stated in this article make more sense for us? I mean, it seems logical to me that if you better your front-seven then that would take more of a burden off your d-backs. And that would be the most impactful move for a defense. Correct?

Denzel Perryman compares Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh to Will Ferrell because of how funny he is.

At 25? Definitely not. To many better prospects will be available.

I think Crichton is more of a 2nd/3rd round option. He is missing some of the things you look for in top players, but that doesn't mean he wouldn't be effective. I just think there are some who would rather target a guy with some more speed, since he is not overly fast. And when you consider how hard he seems to play, I just expect more production out of him to be a higher pick. I am not against him, but he isn't a guy I really target. It just will depend on what other OLB are there when we decide to draft someone, and I am convinced someone in our 1st round cluster will be an OLB/pass rusher.

Oh well. Thanks guys. I'm in love with defensive players with high motors I guess.

I agree with the philosophy. But if no one of value is available at OLB at #25, don't reach for one.

Jay Mohr (comedian and radio show host) mock drafted him to us in the 2nd round.

By the way...that's kind of a neat site...may need to play around on that.
