If im TT i call Mccoy and use him as leverage with Gordon. Mccoy would be a good fit and a couple year deal of $10m/yr max is an easy do for him to sign if Gordon wont.

Get Gordon to commit or trade him to Miami!

I like that idea, but with reseveration. However, Gordon will lose any residual leverage, but there is a chance that he'll come back to sign the offer on the table (because Chargers), and now they probably will be over the cap, and can't trade him . Also, McCoy is 31.

I hope they think that Stick will be unclaimed on waivers too. Unless there is some special teams idea they have for Stick, he didn't earn that spot on the 53 on performance in the games, but I do think he'll figure out his pick machine problem eventually.
