We really got nothing out of our top 3 picks last year. If Tillery can take a step forward and Adderly comes back healthy, it will be a big bonus this year.

Agree. Nothing from any of our picks except Tranquil. If we can get meaningful contributions from Adderly, Tillery and Pipkins and add a couple of impact players from the draft it will be a lift.

I wasnt surprised Tillery didn't have a huge impact. i hoped for it, but its common for an IDT to take a year or two to adjust to the big jump in skill and technique he faces in NFL OL. He was improving as the year went on, which is positive. He doesn't have the body for nose tackle, he's taller and lankier than optimal plugger, more a 3T (lol, like i know what a 3T even is )

I thought Adderley would have the biggest impact, he disappointed. Tranq was a gun, bright future. TBD on Pipkins ... not sure yet if he ever develops into a pro OT.

so hopefully with the disappointment that the top 3 pix were last year, and with their hopeful development this offseason, that we basically end up with 10 picks this year. I didnt pay attention to any of them other than Tranq dart. But Adderley seemed like the biggest disappointment, not just from expectations, but from coaches as well. Pip was never gonna be good in his 1st year and everyone and their granny knew that.

well from what I remember Lamp played pretty well before getting injured again. at this point it seems you could bring in superstars and then they seem to underperform or dont perform at all. Coaching???
