We need IMPROVED D line play. Not just any D line help. Martin doesn't provide that. If being cut by 2 teams in a span of a year doesn't paint a clear picture well...

Improved D line play would be optimal. But, as a backup plan, I'd like a lot of guys we can rotate in who can at least break even against the O'line. I didn't think Martin was that bad for us as a backup - he just wasn't a starter.
Since he left us, I don't know if he's improved or got weaker. Getting cut a couple times isn't a good sign. But I'm sure we have a few players who have been cut before.
Obviously, it's not like all the things I said (no cost, unlimited roster space, not sucking) are true. But, if they are, I'll take Martin back.
