    Oh the irony.
In another universe, I have the ban hammer.

I restrained myself from banning a poster who,
    for never explained reasons,
    went after me.

He likes to dress up in ice hockey goalie outfits,
    so he can be cool,
and win the Halloween costume contest.

    Thirty days in Cabo,
    at the Zeke Elliott Suite.
Dude has it coming, a hundred times over.

BTW I do not like it
when mods renege on Avi bets,
and other mods have their backs anyway.

Mods having other mods backs anyway...that's foreign to me.

    Major props to TPB management.
    No chickenshit politics here.
Fleet and crew are very worthy of our respect, my fellow posters.

Nice to have you aboard, Pac. Your knowledge of x's and o's will be much appreciated as we analyze, comment and hopefully stay positive as we root for our Bolts...

I salute your father and thank him for his sacrifice. Dieppe....what a frickin horror. I can not imagine what he and his fellow soldiers went through.

You must be proud of his service. From all of us at TPB we salute him.

Thanks guys. I have so much respect for the Canadian military. The Canadians punched above their weight in the war, but you don't hear a lot about what they accomplished. Dieppe is famous because it was such a bloody fiasco and so many Canadians died. But it was so important to the success of D-Day. D-Day could have been a fiasco if not for the lessons learned at Dieppe. My father spent the rest of the war in a couple of German POW camps. He survived that and the Death March at the end of the war.
