Another sack, courtesy of Feeney and Tevi. How can Tevi allow Watt to get so far away from him? As Tammy Wynette said, "Stand by Your Man"...

And Rivers gets stripped of the rock. You just can't let these strong D-linemen get a shot at a strip...if you're going down, Phil, tuck it away and hit the deck...it almost looked like Phil wanted to scramble...not a good idea...

Watson to Akins for the go-ahead TD. Once again, Teamer gets picked on, but he didn't get much help from YOU KNOW WHO...Mr. Elite...wow...just...wow...

And here, Watson, after evading the PR, finds Akins WIDE OPEN over the middle, who takes it in for the TD. TOTAL DEFENSIVE BREAKDOWN. Who was supposed to cover Akins? Epic fail here...

And Tevi just totally overpowered by Watt for the sack. I realize Watt is elite, but anyone else notice Tevi seems to get gassed towards the end of games? Maybe rotate Pip or even Lamp at times to give Sam a breather...

Then, Feeney peels off and gives Scott help, LEAVING THE LANE OPEN and Pouncey trying to hold Blackson off:

???WHAT WAS FEENEY THINKING??? NO POCKET LEFT...

Now, Feeney is all by his lonesome, looking as innocent as a church mouse, while Blackson fights off Pouncey to get a piece of Rivers. Meanwhile, Scho falls and his man, McKinney (55) grabs another piece of Phil and sack is complete:

Tevi was beaten like a drum on that play. Rivers had to move up in the pocket and the guy Feeney handed off was there. Tevi's fault as much as anybody. Yes, Feeney could have doubled on that play, but he's also keeping an eye on Scott.

And Scott was fine on this play. If Feeney stays put and blocks Blackson, the pocket is preserved an extra tick on the clock and maybe Phil gets pass off, even before McKinney cleans up the sack...

Tough decision. Scott isn't a reliable left tackle - he needs help and got it from Feeney

I think I've seen enough of jenkins at fs. sure he got an int last week and almost got one this game but he gives up a lot of plays and is always late to plays. there are plays where he's nowhere near the picture.

Dontae Johnson was such a useless signing. He was the worst CB in the NFL in the last season he played in the NFL and he's not showing to be at all useful on STs either.
Tom Telesco’s Results in 9 years as Chargers GM:

                      - 69-74 record
                      - 0 division titles in 9 yrs as GM
                      - Worst record among all active GMs with same tenure
                      - 6th worst winning percentage among all active GMs overall
                      - 2 playoff wins despite elite QB all 9 yrs
                      - Team still has the same weaknesses (Oline and run defense) that it had when hired as GM in 2013
                      - Consistently puts together horrible depth, expects starters to never miss games

I think Tevi was humming some Dan Hicks, "How Can I Miss You When You Won't Go Away?"

Fenney man is further from QB, all other pass rusher are inside the 20yd line. And the 2 inside routes have open targets. Up top looks great underneath on 1st down and goal. I'm gonna have to say Rivers screwed up if this play if it was unsuccessful.

Rivers has never showcased Brady type awareness or Roders/Wilson ability to entend play. He is really really really good. Just a bit overly impulsive and less calculating. I think that it is his nature to play that way.
I stand corrected Feeney is indeed an all pro. The sacks were Rivers fault.
