Mike Williams big day I think.Tom Telesco’s Results in 9 years as Chargers GM:
- 69-74 record
- 0 division titles in 9 yrs as GM
- Worst record among all active GMs with same tenure
- 6th worst winning percentage among all active GMs overall
- 2 playoff wins despite elite QB all 9 yrs
- Team still has the same weaknesses (Oline and run defense) that it had when hired as GM in 2013

Interesting that one of the Chargers broadcast crew from NFL network, just said on radio that Chargers defense has been pretty good except for 2 small things.... we can't stop the run and we are n to pressuring the QB....... Ive always thought that was the purpose of a defense??? .... I must be wrong......its obvious those guys work for Chargers case they won't say anything honest about this team.....
Titans are very strong on defense..... and they have an old school power running offense....... and they are starting a safe mobile QB who has a history of beating Chargers when we were healthy....
Chargers have not been able to stop run with mew bane and Jones in lineup and now both our biggest and best DT's are out .......Chargers also cannot pass protect for anything other than dump offs for RB's..... TEN can really rush the passer... and stuff the run..... and they are well coached and disciplined......
Chargers are going to have to play their best game of season by far in order to have a shot at winning this game.....
