2011- Liuget, Brown, Gilchrist, Gachkar, Wright same
2010 - Mathews, Butler, Stuckey same

That is a pretty good percentage, no? If you go back too far, you see the couple stinker drafts, then his really good early work.

While I think Norv was atrocious at developing young players, I'm not sure Vince Lombardi could have done much with some of those stiffs. Having them Norvified simply gave them no chance.
