We have talent on this team, I don't doubt it...but 3 or 4 pieces can often mean the difference between 12-4, and 4-12...and those 3 or 4 pieces, for us, were either injured, holding out, or trying to turn the whole season around themselves...

I look for a nice bounce back next season.
