Ron has taken the panthers to a Super Bowl with the kinda QB many of you have been begging for. He was 2x head coach of the year, won 4 division titles in 9 years and if Cam wasn’t such a emotional head wreck would still have his Job. This is a guy who is a defensive GURU.

Chargers would be lucky to get a guy of this caliber. If I were the Chargers, this would absolutely be the head coach next week. I could see Rivers stay with The addition of Ron and maybe Norv as OC.

Only reason I would want Norv back is if Rivers comes back. I just think it would be the easiest way to help Offense. We have many of the types of players during Norv good times. But that also come with Ron as HC.

Now if Rivers is done, I would want Still want Ron without Norv.

After every year he made the playoffs he had a losing record. Didn't Lynn win coach of the year last year? Or came in 2nd?

And just HELL NO to Norv in any capacity.
