Yep. I don't count on JCJ being back next season. A patellar rupture pretty much ends guys careers.
It would be sad to go into the season with a big hole in our secondary (slot right now).
I'd spend an early round pick on CB.
It's a passing league.

We don't need Ramsey's contract. We don't need to trade Keenan or Joey.
IMO, it's simple... draft a young CB to go along with Vato and ASJ.
Make the investment. Be good.

Im not even going to entertain this happening. Derwins boy is also JCJ. He knew him in High School and recruited him. And i dont think the Rams are looking for players, but rather draft picks....and likely a first which i wouldnt give.

But he's better than anything we could replace him with in the draft.
He was the #3 pick. His sack/pressure rate is near the top. He has to be accounted for.
I want to see a year with Joey and Mack together. I think it will be hard to stop.

I very much did. Joey owes everyone from Dean Spanos to the PBs after that. He can pay with trade value or by being a great teammate and top pass rusher.. We'll see.
