I had time to waste; so, i had a look at all 62 pages.

Urban certainly had his advocates.
Jeff Fisher & Captain Kirk (of the USS Enterprise) were mentioned favorably.
A few louts mentioned something about preferring to drink turpentine than have Jeff Fisher as the next head coach.

I would imagine that kicking a player gave the Jags a low cost out. They certainly wasted no time taking it.

Except it happened in pre season. That’s a long time to take action. I do think you are right in that this is one more embarrassment for Khan and was probably the tipping one.
