Someone who can rush the passer. from the edge.
Barr was used in many ways by Zimmer, but edge rusher was not one of them.

I'm with PBB. Staley's scheme for LBers is rudimentary and the only issue with the LBers is Ken Murray isn't picking the same rudimentary scheme and it's really damned frustrating right now. A LB Channing Tindall/Georgia to backup Murray is my course. If Murray spits the bit during the season, Tindall will replace Murray. I think Murray has excellent coverage skills, but Murray should spend all spring at the facility doing filmwork and processing that innately invaluable information.

This about mental processing, folks. Let me reframe, his idol is Lewis Hamilton, right? Lewis can make the correct decision in a fraction of a second. Kenny's deep limbic processing takes him three-to-four seconds to process what he is seeing. Murray has all the speed athletic ability, quick-twitch, he is the proto-type linebacker.... with slow read-and-react, caught up in trash, bad angles, poor vision and simple inconsistency at the pro level, I think he can turn this around, but he has got to get on the stick.

Why Tindall? I was watching a Georgia game and this fucking rocket came from out of nowhere for a huge TFL for the Dawgs: it was Tindall. Again, Kirby's scheme is a gladiator academy for stunting defensive super-stars in the front seven players. Channing Tindall's read-and-react, and his processing and his closing speed, is special.

3M/15 for Moses is really nice. I think the top 3 offenses this year will be the Bills, Chargers and Bengals. Ravens will rebound also.

Yep...trade down a few spots for an extra 3rd rounder...takes some of the sting out of losing that 2nd rounder for Mack...

Biggest thing I liked about Moses was his durability and lack of penalties. He would have been a nice bridge for a year or two.

Yeah TT has to properly address RT one way or another.High pick or solid vet.We are talkin about protecting Jistin Herbert.There is zero reasonable argument against it.If Storm or Pip is blockin on the right this season TT should be fired,point blank.
