Wow. That is awful for Joe and for Bengals fans. His backup reminds me of Stick. So really, really bad for Bengals fans

I don't think BB .makes 20 mil a year. I'd guess it's 12 to 15 mil. Even at that I hope you all know Dean sure isn't hiring him for that! ...no way, no how.

Maybe he hires Harbaugh but it won't be more than 10 mil a year and I bet it's less than that if JH agrees to it.

I even have a hard time seeing Dean hire a HC for 8 mil a year.
I think Staley makes 4 mil but not confirmed. Hard to find his salary.

Belicheck does indeed make $20. I looked it up. Recently got that amount with a new contract. It's why I think Kraft won't just fire him but rather want some compensation. Teams will want Belicheck

Everything I saw confirms Staley is $4M per

So Belicheck is 5x the coach Staley is!

So Burrow out for the year, Watson out for the year. Huge break for Pittsburgh and Baltimore in that division.

Belichick will stay if they can draft one of the top QBs. Book it

              Staley is stealing money . . . . . . . . . . . . he'll get 16 mil for 3 (of 4) years of mediocrity? I said it before - my mom will work for 1/2 of that, and do a better job too . . . . . . . .

Bengals QB Joe Burrow has torn ligament in right wrist, will miss remainder of 2023 season (nfl.com)

When that happens to Charger players, people are quick to pull out the "injury prone" label.

Well, he has only been able to finish 50% of his seasons.
But many QBs are going out this season, which is odd considering the league makes it so you can barely lay a hand on them.

Both Cousins and Rodgers injuries were non-contact. They are age injuries, older players are more prone to Achilles tears. Even Herbert's injury was not due contact by a defender, Herbert unwisely stuck his hand in Crosby's grill after being block an INT return.

Considering who else has torn an Achilles the past two seasons I'd disagree.
Lots of younger players get them as well like Dobbins and the Bills CB Tra'Davius White this year.
It's like posters here saying Keenan was 30 and will be more prone to hamstring injuries while all these guys in their early 20 s are getting them while Keenan hasn't.

Both Cousins and Rodgers injuries also happened on Turf.

I'd go with that theory more than age.

                          Herbert, agree, bad luck.
