One day, Philip Rivers may be looked back upon as the last NFL quarterback who was really good, but had no mobility to speak of.

In other words.... immobile QBs are pretty much a thing of the past.

Crap! I wanted them to start Lock, have him screw up and cost them the first 3-4 games, then put Teddy in who would win a couple, then revert to his old self and then put Lock back in...lather, rinse, repeat.

Starting Teddy shows that Fangio is old school, risk averse, win by 3 points kind of head coach.

If the Chargers can't beat the best version of this Denver team, then they aren't as good as we've been hoping.
