i think they are looking for a stopgap two year qb who fits in with what Lynn wants to run. Going after Brady was the Spanos's decision.

And it looks like Spanos can't even get a guy who reportedly wanted to move to LA - the high of incompetence, only to be topped when we trade for Newton, a guy who I don't want at all but will be cut if he isn't traded.
