We aren't trading Bosa and aren't trading up to get Burrows.

If you trade Bosa for picks - you better make sure they are really high first round picks. That being said - just pay the man! Good football player - VERY good football player. It costs money for good football players.

Dean Spanos got personally involved in the decision to draft Joey Bosa.
Tom Telesco had to personally get involved to convince Dean Spanos to sign Melvin Ingram to an extension.
This inept family will never field a winning organization while Dean Spanos has his hands on the team. He doesn't get it.

Why can’t owners just let GMs and HCs figure out who’s fit for the team? Friction between any of these sets the team, and organization up for failure. Look at BB and Reid who basically play a GM role as well. They’ve built successful teams. And for the most part, owners give them total control over the team. Except for Kraft wanting to retain Brady and BB wanting Jimmy G instead and look how that turned out. They have no backup plan at QB in case Brady leaves. Spanos should stop being spanosey and give reigns to TT. Let’s see what he can do.

It would be interesting to see/hear what is bing discussed in Chargers headquarters as far as money, and who the spanos's are even willing to sign?
would they pay 25-30 million for Rivers?
will they pay top dollar for Bosa???
Gordon?
Ingram?
Ekler?
They have to plan out and project the money over several years......
We all know money is the biggest factor for Spanos......
A rookie QB is cheap ....at least for 4-5 years......
