how many do you think we'll carry and who's gone and why?

floyd, alexander, brown, allen, royal, meachem, etc. are the older "names" safe for cap reasons and because they've made it this far?

I think those 6 make the team. Royal saves us money by releasing him but he was working in the slot with the 1's in the recent minis. I think the history with MM might mean something. I expect Brown to flourish and maybe keep floyd on the bench more than usual. Alexander on the outside.

ya i like floyd, alexander, brown, and allen. after that i don't really care. i'm excited to see brown out there too, was crushed last year when he went down. i'll definitely be keeping an eye on allen and his progress. all 6 you see making it though? goodman too?

it kinda is, but mostly isn't. talking about a team that needs a wr and the wr we wish they'd take is a bit of a subset of this overall topic i guess.

I don't expect any of them to play on ST except Goodman. Maybe Allen, but why risk injury to a guy who, IIRC, has already had an injury (in college).

Goodman is the odd man out IMO. Royal can at least return punts, don't recall if Meachum does/has/can?

not a chance. He's the best PR & gunner on the team. Royal is fragile and if you are counting on him AT ALL in your offense you don't risk him on returns like Norv did last year and wasted his season.
