My daughter swears the chemo made her smarter. She's been kicking ass in class since her return to Auburn and she's well into her Major classes at this point.

A lot of things make you smarter, one is a low caloric diet. If you eat less than 1250 calories a day your body thinks it's in danger of starving and you get smarter. It's a survival instinct/defence system. When in chemo your appetite decreases and with that your stomach shrinks. It's hard to eat a lot of food unless you have extra meals in-between. It took me time to figure it out, but I'm now gaining about two pounds a week buy snaking and drinking fruit juice instead of 0 calorie drink mixes.

I don't feel any smarter yet though...

Thanks for all the mojo everyone, my CT scan to see my progress is on Dec 2nd and I'll have results on the 6th. I'll update you when I get them.

It seems the mojo be working!

I had my bladder scoped today (oh the shame) insert picture of Silvester the cats son) insert was a bad choice of words their... Anywho no sign of the tumor Dy visual inspection, the urologist used words like excellent amazing and great! I get my stints out Monday and if I'm lucky I will not need replacements! Tomorrow I get the CT scan I'm hoping the results are equally good!
