2 large stalks. At around $2 a pop each 32 ounces cost around $4. But its worth it. Has to be organic.

Be able to burn deep fat better. I used to have very little fat. But that visceral fat is hard to keep off as i get older. Its often something that can happen with SIBO and Insomnia.

Ha thats funny. The main thing is this for me.

And as im starting to feel better im guessing there may be a link between bacteria overgrowth and nerve pain. Because my pain is becoming less. All because of celery juice. The taste i had in my mouth for the past few years is gone. Im starting to think my high levels of certain bacteria that were contributing to my perio issues were also causing serious digestive issues. Which were affecting my liver and thyroid. Im seeing results on the juice. Im filled with hope. A lot of days im here trying to transmit positive vibes. But internally suffering. I can honestly say im sitting here filled with joy as i may have found my personal holy grail. One week in. I hear to 30 day miracle from this juice is mind blowing. I cant wait to see what happens.

No amount of L Glutamine, Bone Broth or any other digestive herb, supplement was having an effect on me. I think once im through killing the bead bacteria ill really focus on the repair.

Just some of the bacteria common in the mouth. Can also effect the GI as im learning today. The connection between SIBO and Strep.
