    Use the Link button (next to the Camera button) to post a Facebook video. Then paste the video link on the text field with http:// in it and then click Add Link button.

    And the video URL you are using is not correct. To get the correct FB video URL, right click on the video on Facebook, choose "Show video URL" and then copy the video URL displayed. Or you can also choose "Copy video URL at current time" and then remove the "?t=xxx" at the end of the URL to remove the time parameter.

        Using [video] tag also works. You just have to use the correct Facebook video URL as I described in post #2
