Best beach? best dog beach? Best Mexican Food? Burrito? Places to see? Activities?

I haven’t been in about 10 or so years, probably closer to 20 years.

OB dogs beach. Nicos carne asada burrito. I add cabbage and stick hot carrots into my burrito. Hodads is a must down there.

I haven’t been home in quite awhile but from my fond memories……

Roberto’s for the best takeout Mexican food.
Pizza = can’t remember the name but is in Old Town, open kitchen, uses distilled bottled water in crust recipe
Sandwiches = Submarina. The best bread, meats, and fresh veggies.
Fine Dining = Rancho Bernardo Inn’s AVANT or La Jolla ‘s Marine Room

Agree with Fleet OB dog beach.
People beach = Moonlight

Visit the Farm Stand off Del Dios Highway for the best local fruits/produce.

Don’t forget to visit Fleet’s grandfather’s museum.
