Keep in mind...most NFL teams pay a lot of money to PFF for their consulting and data. You can't say the same about a lot of other opinions.

Its $200 a year. That's not even the cost of lunch for them. It's a cheap stat check to see if things are close to others opinions.
They are paying their scouts way, way more so if PFF was reliable, why would they need their scouts?

PFF is just another something to check for cheap , it isn't their Bible.

No, that's not it. There are services PFF provides directly to the clubs, beyond their premium public offering.

I don't know about Fields. QB's from Ohio State don't seem to fair well in the NFL.

I don't see much difference of Lance and Love except Lance played in a easier conference.

Word is he didn't even have that great a pro day but I didn't watch it.

Daniel Jeremiah covered Lance's Pro Day live and was very positive about his performance.

I'm hoping Mac Jones is still on the board when the Chargers 1st round pick comes up and New England (who we have trade history with) offers us #15(1050) and #96(116) for our #13(1150). We'd only trade down 2 picks (1 being Jones) for an extra 3rd rounder.

Mac Jones probably is going #3. As ar as QBs, i believe we are in no mans land. Too far back for a trade partner but perhaps Pitts or a WR is coveted by someone behind us. Then again, if Sewell or Slater is there, .....nope. We stayin.
