I think thats the case. Otherwise a team with a QB would draft a QB if they were on the board. Im certain they are going to take a player that fits.

I hear you. But I say they will get BPA in most cases, unless it make no sense at all.
Like if Bengals are on clock and BPA is a QB.
That makes no sense. So we can give them the next BPA instead.

I dont think the first pick was factored in the 1st 10 minute slot. It was an autopick from last night.

#2 - 1st 10 minutes
#3 - 2nd 10 minutes

And so on
