I think the Eagles are dangling Fletcher Cox as well. So it would be pick 8, Cox and a 3rd. Not sure im on board with Cox already turning down 60 million guaranteed.

#8 pick value 1,400 diff of 800 point. I believe Eagles don't have a 2nd rounder this year. So
#77 (205) & #79 (195) & #100 pick (100) balance of 300 point would need a 2nd next year to net it.
Personally I'd change a starting player instead of pick #77 or #79; It would look something like this:

94WIP Philadelphia's Howard Eskin reports Eagles DT Fletcher Cox turned down a contract extension worth "over $60 million guaranteed."
The total value was over $100 million. Eskin reports Cox has been heavily influenced by his agent, who he says is trying to reset the defensive line market. The Eagles have been crystal clear in their desire to get a new deal done, and it would be surprising if Cox heads into camp without an extension. Cox is scheduled to make $7.799 million in the final year of his rookie deal
