But I also read he lacks explosiveness for NFL pass rusher and what is his true position in NFL?

interesting that potential 1st rounder Georgia TE fell this far and we did not take him?.....

hope this USC pass rusher turns out to be a ridiculously dominant rusher!....

Good pick IMHO. Edge was a need.

I thought with mahomes arm, and weak AFC werst defenses, they would grab the TEN WR Hyatt?....

                  You are correct Sir.
We do not play modern football.

I like the fact that he doesn't have a "true position". Line the dude up anydamnwhere you want and just let him Go like Hell!

Seems like this draft is completely about setting up for 2024 salary cap realities. Last year for either Mack/Bosa (probably Mack) and MW/Keenan. Both players are hood….really is that best player at position of need. And they. NEEDED to invest in this two positions to set themselves up for a year from now. Both will play a fair amount, but it’s really about developing for 2024. I understand the strategy…but based on how the draft board fell might have preferred edge first rd and WR 2nd. Nolan Smith/Myles Murphy and Hyatt/Tilman/Mims might have been better.

I think people are enamored by his physical traits, but the bottom line is he is a project and the 1st couple of rounds you want contributors on Day 1.
