Fat chance I say. My favorite non 1st round receiver in draft. He goes before we pick IMO.

I agree but he’s made it out of the 2nd. I didn’t think Sanders or Washington to be here either. We can at least hope!

Still finding it odd. Seattle drafted Kenneth Walker with the 41st pick in the 2nd round last season and he has a very good rookie season. A very successful pick. Then they draft another RB in the 2nd round at 52 the following year.

agree, it was one of several needs...like TE, CB, Safety, power RB..... and blazing speed receiver/returner (like sproles, ...etc).. just the question is is he a great pass rusher...hope he is not like rumph who cannot taclkle anyone in NFL......

Rumph lacks strength at point of attack. tuli looks stronger on highlights, but then again they are called highlights for a reason. I havent seen balanced complete tape. I like the pick, think this 20yo kid has some serious unseen upside - contribute in 2023 with big jump possible in 2024. He plays gaps inside well, good burst outside for a big guy, and he just looks relentless. We’ll see how that matches up at the next level, not playing Fresno and WSU anymore.

Good pass rusher but bad run defender according to this chart. Let’s hope Bosa and Mack stays healthy, and he comes out only on passing downs. I didn’t realize some of the other big names were also so bad at run defense.

Grade: B

Advanced rusher who's a good, not great athlete. Weird body type with short arms. Hurts him at the point of attack. I like Chargers adding more EDGE talent. Young has to get much stronger. Just scratching the surface of how good he can be.

As of right now we could have drafted Nolan Smith in the first round and either Mims or Hyatt in the 2nd... but instead we drafted JQ and the USC guy?
