Draft Day 1 Game

The day 1 game is the first two picks wherever they are taken. It could be two in the first round or two in the second round even, depending on trades.

The day 2 game is for the first two picks taken on day 2 or after depending on trades.

If we trade our #21 down into the second round, the picks would probably be both round 2. With no trades, day 1 game would be for rounds 1 and 2, the day 2 game would be for rounds 2 and 3. There is overlap between the games for the round 2 pick if no trades are made.

Getting one pick only is somewhat easy to guess, getting two consecutive picks correct makes it very hard to get right.

Day 1 game is first two picks starting on Day 1 - currently its one Day 1 pick #21 and the first Day 2 pick #54. So the Day 1 game cannot end on Day 1 unless we traded up to get a second first round pick

Day 2 game is first to picks starting on Day 2. Currently it’s our Rd2 and Rd3 pick. If we traded our Rd1 pick down to multiple Rd 2 picks, than the Day 1 game and Day 2 game are the same game.

Waiting til 5 min before our Day 1 pick 1, allows those that wait to see everyone already taken - no reason to guess now, thats for sure.

I've heard a long time draftnik (the draftbible) say that wide receivers are overvalued in mocks this draft.
He also predicts a run on OTs (4 selected between picks 10 - 20), and a run on dbs before the Chargers pick.
Sounds about right.

Is the deadline 5 min before our pick, or before pick one of the draft? I thought it was before our pick, apologies if i misread the rule. if its before our pick, then yes we have seen either 19 or 20 picks already occur, subtracting possibly many players someone might choose today
