We're currently drafting 7th, need Tenn and the NYG to win and us to lose our next game for a top 5. With that said, does Bowers fall that far? MHjr is unlikely. I still think Kool Aid is the pick.

Does it bother anyone that MH2's dad, HOFer MH1 might be a murderer?
hasn't been a problem this far, but could that whole philly shooting thing come back to haunt us if we draft MH2?

Yes.

Gotta know the price but I’d sure like to see him with bolts on his helmet. Hands down the best add the Chargers could make imo. I’m leaning Alt / Fashanu right now too if we stand still, vs Bowers, Nabers or any defensive player. Build the foundation before you hang the chandelier.

I need to see him run, I’ve read he was timed at 4.54 and there is no way I draft a 4.54 CB at 5 or 7. He won’t be covering college receivers who have passes thrown to them by noodle armed college QBs at the next level. Thats not even respectable Safety speed anymore. That time could be completely wrong though, I don’t know.

I’d take either top OT over him. I’d take Bowers or Nabers over him too, if we are getting rid of MW, we need an elite weapon. I’d take a dominant DL too

Why would that have anything to do with his Son or us?

Well... generally speaking, a father's relationship with his son is typically pretty important and impactful, especially those unique ones where a son's legacy is permanently tied to that of his fathers given that it's the same profession and elite in category.
murder is typically seen as taboo and has a tendency to weigh heavily on victims and perpetrators alike, given that they aren't psychopaths.

I don't have the facts, but it was outside a bar MH owned in Philly and I don't remember anything about a self defense argument. iirc, it was, lack of evidence thing. But something to chew on that shouldn't be ignored.

Bowers is renowned for his character and projects as a fit on the field as well as in the locker room.
less risk imo. I'm not counting anything out, but idk if I see the on-field potential of a MH2 that much more than a Bowers that justifies the risk involved.

but come on. There are a lot of guys like this Ray Lewis. Harrison gets away with it cause he’s not like Warren Sapp.

so you’re saying evidence was there that Harrison clearly murdered this guy. But the guy didn’t corporate. Or didn’t snitch so Harrison got off with a techicality.
