I don't think I'd use Colby Fleener as your argument for TE. He was a monumental bust that didn't even do much at Stanford. A more compelling story might come from Richard Sherman's conversion from WR to CB...

Anywhere Harbaugh has gone, he's either been gifted a great defense (49ers) or recruited/built one in college... Michigan.
BTW... the only data we have on Harbaugh as NFL coach (and high draft pick). He chose Aldon Smith with the #7 pick... if he even had any say about the pick.

Dude I know about Colby Fleener colts drafted him with Luck. I was making a point Harbaugh emphasizes the tight end and does a great job coaching them up. Did a great job coaching them up at Stanford to make him Colby Fleener a 1st round pick.
