if we get a second for Bosa, possibly we go fishin' @the OC day two, and if we get a third for MW, then guessin' that turns into an RB as well ?? otherwise wouldn't be surprised by something along the lines of Saquon, Connor Williams and a Hunter Henry in FA ??

and re: drafting the DL instead of the RT.... guessin' Jim might be content to work w/what he's got for now on the Oline, save for a new OC, 'long as he's got himself a shiny new toy @RB ??
Is there a reason to believe that Saquon would be... uhm... *not* exorbitantly expensive?

I don't see the Bolts taking on big contracts when they're trying to DUMP big contracts.

I think he would be worth it if he signed for $8 mil the first year and $10 mil the second. But yeah, I think these $14 mil signings for a RB is ridiculous.

I hope they wait and see who is actually available at 5. We might be surprised at the first four picks.

Tell you what...have not watched a lot of MHjr, because I figure no way...and already consensus he is awesome. Finally dug into about an hour of highlights, couple compressed games...

Wow. If he is really 6'4" and moves like that!? Not to mention every other box he checks...

Even a stalwart Bowers guy gotta stop and think a minute if he he is there at 5...

Depends on how much space we have and FAcy is before the draft so I doubt we can afford Barkley, Hunter Henry and Conner Williams then go into the draft.

We'll see though. I'm thinking any trades won't be made til the draft gets closer but who knows. Maybe there are sucker.,....I mean, .... teams really wanting Joey and whoever.

Wouldn't be disappointed with Tyker Nubin S in the 2nd.

No way in hell the Bolts trade the pick officially before they're on the clock. JMHO

                      Height: 6-2. Weight: 210.
                      Projected 40 Time: 4.52.
                      Projected Round (2024): 1-2.

1/6/24: In 2023, Nubin recorded five interceptions, four breakups and 53 tackles. He made some splash plays, but he also had issues with missed tackles.

9/2/23: Some teams had Nubin graded as a potential first- or second-round pick prior for the 2023 NFL Draft prior to him returning to Minnesota for another year. In 2022, Nubin totaled 55 tackles, four interceptions and three passes defended. He had similar production in 2021 with 49 tackles, three picks and two passes broken up. Pro evaluators like that Nubin is big, physical, instinctive, and has impressive movement skills for a player his size.
Missed tackles scares. Don't we already have J.T. Woods for that?!? Baaaaaaaaahahahahahahahaahha!

Most likely he *won't* be there. But if he is... What would another team trade to move up to get him?

He's not perfect which is why he is a rnd 2 pick but I do like his size and speed. Also I like the way he comes up into the box to make tackles. I think he would be a good fit for this defense.
