I bet a lot of Detroit fans were upset when they drafted Gibbs and Campbell that high last year. They turned out pretty damn good for rookies this year. The consensus was that they reached for both. Turned out they were perfect and contributed a good amount to what Detroit did this year.

I’m just saying that JPJ will probably climb up the draft boards as the draft process continues and the Chargers need a starting C. Also, the way they have constructed this HC, GM and Assistant GM alignment, don’t be surprised if they are heavily focused on both interior fronts. All of them are line of scrimmage guys.

They would also garner a lot of picks moving that far back for this year and even into next year.

Not saying I would be a huge fan of it, also wouldn’t be upset with it. I trust what this these guys are going to do with their track records.

The less we can say it's that the Lions were a little bit lucky with those picks.

The Raven 2020 draft. 3 of the top 4 picks are probowlers. This is a championship team building draft. And a lot of trading was done to get here. Madubuike was taken with the Bolt's original 3rd rounder. Hopefully, Hortiz can do something similar here.

        2020 NFL Draft

Main article: 2020 NFL Draft Trades:
        • The Ravens traded a seventh-round selection to the Green Bay Packers in exchange for running back Ty Montgomery.[2]
        • The Ravens traded guard Alex Lewis to the New York Jets in exchange for a conditional seventh-round selection.[3]
        • The Ravens traded kicker/punter Kaare Vedvik to the Minnesota Vikings in exchange for Minnesota's fifth-round selection.[4]
        • The Ravens traded their sixth-round selection and offensive lineman Jermaine Eluemunor to the New England Patriots in exchange for New England's fourth-round selection.[5]
        • The Ravens traded their fourth-round selection and tight end Hayden Hurst to the Atlanta Falcons in exchange for Atlanta's second-round and fifth-round selections (55th and 157th overall).[6]
        • The Ravens traded the fifth-round selection they received from the Atlanta Falcons to the Jacksonville Jaguars in exchange for defensive end Calais Campbell.[7]
        • The Ravens traded their second- and fourth-round selections (60th and 129th overall) to the New England Patriots in exchange for New England's third-round selections (71st and 98th overall).[8]
        • The Ravens traded their seventh-round selection (225th overall) and the 2021 fifth-round pick they acquired from the Pittsburgh Steelers to the Minnesota Vikings in exchange for Minnesota's sixth- and seventh-round selections (201st and 219th overall).[9]
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
        Let’s win one for Mack.

If the value on the trade(s) is there, I wouldn't be upset at all about this. The potential for JPJ to be a top 5 center in the next few years seems real at this point. But the trade value has to be worth it first.

Trades, stay and pick [whomever], a lot will depend on what we do with the big four. Decisions.

I’d be happy with either Jenkins, Sweat or Fiske in the 2nd after a little trade down. I think they will all contribute a good amount their rookie year.

Entertain offers and see if someone goes nuts and offers the farm and part of next year's farm...if nobody wants to pony up the picks, take him...

AND put TWO spies on him, each covering the flats on either side of the field...

No, that is not what I am saying at all.
The key is to deny Mahomes possession,
all the way to the final gun.
