    My Dream Draft scenarios:

Round 1: Solomon Thomas, Malik Hooker, Jamal Adams
Round 2: Forest Lamp, Dan Feeney, Curtis Samuel (Don't think TT will pick a WR this high)
Round 3: Zay Jones, Dede Westbrook (IF wr is not taken in previous rounds)

With the amount of injuries the Chargers have gone through, it really makes me nervous about taking Hooker. Obviously if he can stay healthy he looks like a massive upgrade. It's a big IF with the Chargers though...

This is another big safety the Bolts have a shot at.

Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

More worried about lack of playing history. I'm very nervous of one year starters coming out injured. Think he could be a boom or bust guy and this draft has a bunch of solid types that could be had at 7.

Very deep secondary draft this year. I'm more inclined to grab a DL early and pick up secondary later in draft as there will still be quality. A deep secondary draft also softens the FA market up as well.

Easy Bolts pick in he 3rd. I'd even consider him in the 2nd. QB's have too much value to pass over this late in River's career.

Patrick Mahomes II, QB, Texas Tech

Mahomes, who measured in at 6-foot-2, 225 pounds, put on an impressive display in the on-field workouts, showing that he can make all of the throws. He also put up the best 20-yard shuttle (4.08 seconds) time and third-best three-cone drill (6.88) time and had a solid 40-yard dash (4.8). The former Red Raider signal-caller is more of a thrower than a pitcher who can pick his spots at this point, but his arm talent is undeniable. He's extremely raw -- his footwork and mechanics on tape are maddeningly inconsistent -- and the air raid system in which he played will likely cause some hesitation among teams. From all I've heard, however, Mahomes is a sponge who wants to learn and develop, and he'll work hard to learn the playbook when he's drafted. I think Mahomes is entrenched as the fourth quarterback in this draft -- behind Mitch Trubisky, Deshaun Watson and DeShone Kizer -- and he's in the mix to be picked in the second or third round.

Mahomes could be a Prescott type player. Maybe Russell Wilson. Similar skillset and value in the 3rd if he made it there. He probably climbs into the 1st. I love his coach Kliff Kingsbury. I think he has a really bright future as a coach.

Yes he's a sophomore this year. Still playing. Technically a freshman after having to drop his 2nd semester last year due to Scarlett Fever. He is 6'2" and 205 pounds as of yesterday.

Did you son say how his teammate is doing?

Hes good. My son and his mates on varsity were watching from the bleachers. They were ready to rock. The player that did that went to the sidelines and his mates high fived him. Safe to say the rivaly is even stronger going forward. lol
