    60. Have no problem with adderly, coulda went jaun thornhill.
    91.Bobby evans or Cajuste
4th round. Mack Wilson all day every day. Def bpa here.
5th. Bpa corner or bpa linebacker
6th. Same as fifth whichever we didnt take.
    7. Would have taken gerrald willis and not thought about it
You mentioned in the prior page about "who was going to push to start", and yet there's nothing in round 4 through 7 that shows me players that can push to start here either. Heck, I would say that Tranquill has a better shot at starting than Mack in our defensive scheme.

Just based of what Eric Williams posted:
      https://twitter.com/eric_d_williams/...35045522100224
Chargers select LB Emeke Egbule from Houston at No. 200 in the sixth round. Projects as a LEO DE, based on size (6-2, 245).

Obviously we would like to have serviceable insurance when injuries happen, but on paper the Chargers have upgraded significantly. Tom Telesco has said that now that the draft is over they expect to start looking at free agents to fill in where they may be weakest. Now I selected WR as an area of need just because outside of Mike Williams and Keenan Allen, there isn't much proven commodity. I don't expect a move to be made but I also wouldn't be surprised to see them sign another mid tier veteran for insurance.

Tight end is a position we need to upgrade behind Hunter Henry but I feel they may choose to bring back Antonio Gates on a team/player friendly contract for 1 more year just as a crowd pleasing insurance policy.

The biggest area of need right now is offensive line, but I think the team truly wants to see what they have with Forrest Lamp, I know they want him to be their RT. They also must like Sam Tevi and feel he has room to grow. On Dan Feeney, they may want to give another shot before making any decisions, Which is why I feel they chose to not address the offensive line, like we all hoped they would. Having said I expect they to bring in some competition through free agency.

The defense looks solid all around, On paper this is a offensive coordinators worst nightmare, The DB group is the best I've ever seen in all my years as a fan. The LB group was the primary focus this off season and Telesco did not fail to impress. Even though the Chargers got a guy that I highly coveted in Jerry Tillery, and sealed the 7th round with Broughton who has all the traits to one day become a good player, relying on a 34 year old Mebane and a couple of rookies, is less than ideal. The team has said they really like Justin Jones, and believe he's a starter and will more than likely take over for Mebane in a year or two, he too is still raw. I expect them to address this position in free agency but am not expecting Suh to come walking in anytime soon. I would like them to reach out to Damion Square to see if he wants to come back home.

All and all after the draft, I am very pleased to see what the team looks like on paper, some may not like what was done but I get what they did and am loving the potential of what this team can be this fall. As a writer for BFTB stated in an recent article, this team looks a lot better than it did on Wednesday.

        B+ Grade for me

Oh yeah we may need a Punter
Are you sure they want Lamp at RT? Or do you mean RG to replace Schofield?

per Tom Telesco, at yesterday's post draft presser.

Of course it is all fluid.

Hell, Kyzir might end up as a 4-3 Hybrid SAM.
I mean how often do we actually use the OTTO position anyways? The regular season at least has shown that it's a passing league so you're either using extra DBs or trying to get a LB that can play all three downs.

I see Egbule as depth behind Nwosu,
              with less athleticism,
but more core strength to set the EDGE.

This is a perfect complementary piece.

Our roster is really building towards a winning team.
We do not play modern football.

                Spot on.

Yeah, Tranquill is strong vs pass,
                and weak vs run.

This draft tells me that we are set at CB, with plenty of length there, and that we are confident with Lamp moving forward. My latest guess is that he starts at ORT.

Of course it all remains to be seen, but Forrest was moving quite well during recent ladder drills.

Xenos, are you happier with our depth now ? I am.

I see Lamp more at RG due to the type of player that Rivers is. I'm still worried about the depth at the TE and Corner position. Here's hoping that all our key contributors stay healthy this year.

As for Tranquill, we'll see what happens with him against the run. Maybe he can beef up more or learn from the current guys. Reading more about him, he has the Weddle level smarts. If he's a good tackler, he can overcome being run over.

So he is guessing. TT said in his post presser that losing Emanual and in general they wanted some LBs. Didn't me tion by name who will paly SAM but I don't think it's Tranquill though he did say he has played them all.
So adding Davis we got three and I think Tranquill will eventually take Phillips spot in 2020.

Tranquill had 89 tackles last year. Thats not bad versus the run, but hes definitely not a downhill thumper.
