Been trying to watch these games. Great athletes. Boring sport though. Why don't they raise the hoop and require dribbling when charging to the basket?
Until then, unless it's the Aztecs, the sport might as well be called 10 tall dudes jumping and complaining.

It's my favorite sport.

Raising the hoop is an argument many people have made, but I don't think it's going to ever happen. And I don't think it's needed. Now, Widening the lane, things like that... I can see.

Well your basketball team is as exciting as fuck. I'm talking about the NBA.

They need to raise the hoop so that the slam dunk is special and not something that happens multiple times per quarter. Those dudes are probably the best athletes in the nation. The hoop is too short for them. It's like watching guys with small hands finger bang a well-used porn star. If teams are scoring 100 points on a regular basis, it is too easy.

I could see the 3 point line being modified to take away the perimeter.

Allow me to demonstrate:
Think of the current layout as "Fisting" the Defense, whereas a simple modification would return the 3 point shot to merely "Finger Banging" the D.

I don't give a shit about NBA, but it is kind of fun to see crowned atheletes come crashing down like Lebron in games 1-2.
