Margot is tiny so we'll see what they do with him. Somebody will get traded again lol. If schipf can hit 265-270, he will be a good player. Showing some pop but hitting 218 ain't gonna cut it.

I can deal with .218 if that comes with 40 homeruns. If Schimpf had as many at bats as Will Myers and continued at the rate he's going, Schimpf would already have 35 homers this season.

Melvin was fun because he could hit HRs and steal bases. I knew when he'd come up in the 9th inning and we needed a big hit he would deliver. I miss that.

Melvin has been inconsistent his whole career. No reason to hang on to him. His. 263 ave with us was one of his better seasons.

Last I checked, we were still on pace to lose fewer than 100 games. That is pretty good for a team that unloaded all but one player by mid season.
