Kawhi picks the Clippers, and pairs up with Paul George, with draft picks going to OKC. It probably came down to how long the Lakers could pay Kawhi, and we know that Kawhi doesn't mind building up an underdog, even for just a season or two, and he was coming back home to So Cal (sorry Raptors fans). This is kind of a dilemma, as I've not been a Clippers fan, but I like Kawhi more than LeBron and AD. But this is great for any possible 'neutral' LA basketball fan. I lean a little more to the Lakers being a better team overall, but the Clippers are better defensively. Wake me up around playoffs, lol.

I'll believe it when I see it. I'm impressed that they actually made this possilbe, but I think the Clippers make more sense, money management wise. Kawhi by himself makes a team a contender.

IIRC, they have about 20-30 mil in cap space, and 8 players to fill the roster.

Should be interesting....Miami pulled off getting 3, but I suspect DWade took a major cut to make it happen. Would LeBron do similar? Doubt it, though he's probably making bank as a TV producer these days, stay tuned.

I don't know if it will be a problem, at least for those two, but they have lost draft capital for the next four years. AD indicates that he will extend with the Lakers, but things can change. I'll say this, at least they are attempting to get back to relevance; we'll see what happens.
