I think so. move him around...playing out of the bunch formation, mostly in the slot, jet sweeps etc.

If Royal goes to the Bears then Harvin would be the perfect fit (attitude aside) He also could be used on KR & PR when Jacoby needs a breather or to just confuse the opposing team.... That would be a killer KR/PR team, Lethal and teams would have to game plan for that !!!

If we get Harvin, We could get a WR draft pick later on or even in UDFA...That would allow us to focus/Cap room on DL,OL and the RB position in the draft and in FA

Harvin definitely comes with a lot of risk. If he's willing to sign a one year prove it deal I'd be all over that though. Multiyear deal and I'd start to get worried.

Definitely not punt returns. Dosnt show up in box scores but he muffed his first 2 punts for the Seahawks and they ended that experiment.
