Then why do they have them?

According to this, they are required to wear masks outdoors.

My point being that not wearing masks jeopardizes the league's ability to have a season. If there are outbreaks and players and coaches are photographed not wearing masks, it hurts the NFL's justification for attempting to have a season. The NFL has to be diligent about enforcing the protocols it has developed to safely conduct a season.

So, if a team plays in a domed stadium, does that count as "indoors" and hence no mask required?
