Let's take a look at who Richie Incognito is, shall we?

    Here's some snippets from Wikipedia.

... In four years with the Rams from 2006 to 2009, Incognito drew 38 penalties, including seven unnecessary roughness calls, more than any other player during that span...
...Miami's starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill was the league's most-sacked passer in 2013, being taken down for a loss 58 times through the regular season, twelve more than Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco in second place....
Yeah, that all we need is a guy who clearly is not a very good lineman to begin with.

Miami certainly doesn't seem to miss him.

In order for Richie Incognito to play in the NFL again, there would have to be a plague that hit only offensive linemen. Hundreds of them would have to catch the flu. Or break something...

Richie Incognito Has Impressed in Workouts but Is Likely Still Too Toxic to Sign

I'm told by these executives that Incognito actually performed well in his workouts. An executive on one of the teams said Incognito was "excellent" in his tryout. He was in shape, personable and, in some cases, better than some of the linemen on the teams trying him out.

Then, something strange happened. As Glazer wrote, "Incognito visited the Chiefs and the Bucs this season and in both cases, each team got skittish after numerous calls from people inside the NFL were made and no deals were ever consummated."
No, he doesn't change. In 2004, he was "Suspect-01" in a house party fight. At Nebraska, he was accused of spitting on a player. He got kicked out of that program. He got kicked out of Oregon after being with that team for only a week.

The patterns continued. When he was with the Rams, he drew seven unnecessary roughness calls in 44 games. In Miami, at a charity golf outing, he sexually assaulted a woman with a golf club and then threw water in her face.

The independent investigation into the Dolphins resulted in a report in which Incognito is portrayed as an animal. One part detailed the harassment of an Asian-American trainer:

Now that I think about it, I think I agree with you.

I don't want him on the Bolts because I don't think he makes a difference this season for this OL

For the worse? If that's possible.

There are a number of reason he's shouldn't be on any NFL team. And if he ever does change, it will probably be far too late.

He may well have changed, sometimes it happens when guys go through the whole gambut of losing what they love to do. But even if he has, do you want to be on the team that takes that chance? BEcause if you are wrong, his track record says he will screw up in spectacular fashion, and everyone will remind of you of it till the end of time.

Plus, even if you did, I still think it is too late for him to make an impact even if he is as good as gold.
