Tillery has been very impressive this season. Clear strides taken from last year. That's exactly what you want. Noticeable upward trajectory.

Looks like he belongs. Poised. Makes good throws in the middle of the field. A bit less accurate on out balls.

As Romo noted, Herbert took zero or had very limited reps with the 1st unit in practice. When he starts getting those, that should correct the misses he's had.

The OL is doing a good job in pass pro and a decent job opening holes in the run game.

With the Chiefs so thin at CB, there should be some opportunities in the deep passing game with our WRs, if the OL can protect Herbert

With all the excitement over Herbert, don't overlook what Ekeler and Josh have done! Also - how come Feeney is a better Center than he was Guard? Lamp looking good at LG. Herbert making some very good throws and missing some open receivers - that's like he did with the Ducks.

On defense the pass rush has been outstanding . I hope Supamel is just nicked and can return. The DT's are like night n day different this year.

QFT. That is where the rubber meets the road. Let's see how 2nd half adjustments play out. Hope the chargers can keep on trucking.
