He needs to get rid of it quicker then. Based on his college days, he looks to tuck it and run straight ahead when pressured.

Raiders are playing like a solid, physical team that might go 9-7 or better this season. Kind of early, but Gruden has them playing tighter than i've seen in years.

They are in trouble right now. Raider can finish them off right now....but AFC west teams never do.
