Rivers is about middle of the road so far this year as far as QB stats go. Yet his team is 5-2 and our team is 2-5. I had no problem with moving on simply due to his age and what we could use his money for, but it should be painfully obvious to everyone who made him out to be the scapegoat that he wasn't close to the biggest problem here.

Rivers is doing okay I am sure he will have one of those games that he throws and INT that makes you scratch your head, but I hope they make the playoffs and he can catch fire through out and who knows. The only thing to look forward to now is Herbert evolving as star and to see if Rivers can ride his career out on a Super Bowl victory. That is about all to look forward to this season

Colts have one of the worst collection of receivers, running backs in the entire NFL.

He had a bit of a slow start with no TC and no preseason games.

But the team is gelling now and improving and fun to watch. They are improving as the season goes on unlike us.

Rivers in his last 2 games:

52-77 for 633 yards, 6 TDs, 1 INT, 114.0 passer rating over the last 2 games.

That is not middle of the road.

Their defense gives up big plays like all defenses do but they seem to recover and keep playing hard. Stafford took a beating yesterday as the Colts were primarily rushing with their front 4 creating havoc. The team plays hard and they play together.

Their coaching is far better and can't even compare ownerships.

I hope most on this board watched the Colts game yesterday as it was at 1:00 and our game was at 4:00.
