In this head coach?

I want some real reasons why I should have faith in this head coach. Id like to think the people here are not as myopic as Raider fans, because I am trying REALLY HARD to come up with a way to defend this man today and I can't.

In my opinion I have seen all we need to see, id like to see us move on.

Wow, just...wow. While no coach is perfect, it's laughable to hear stuff like this. I will actually go the other way and say that it's amazing this team is 8-5 with the number of injuries they have sustained all over the roster - and this all on the coaching staff keeping the team together. We may just run out of bullets and I hated the punt tonight, but please.

Like I said, I did not like the call. In the end, it likely would not have mattered. Our last possession we ran 4 plays and netted 9 yards. We had 4 first downs in the entire second half. Our WR could not get open and we couldn't pass or run block.

As an aside, I was listening to the post game show on the way home and Mike Goff actually agreed with the decision to punt, FWIW.

Looking at the big picture, baring perfect execution and a great roster up and down to take away the horrendous-ness of his decision making. Can he make the right play calls in pressure situations, playoffs, and super bowls.
