Wouldn't it make more sense to hire a GM and then let him pick the coach? Not doing that last time blew up badly in the face of the Jets, yet here they go again.

Sure would. Im shocked Reich is a candidate as a HC though but it is the Jets and its a sign that they arent heading in the right direction by not hiring a GM first. IMO that makes it harder to find a GM who would want the job who will be stuck with Reich.

I'm not so shocked Reich is a candidate. With everything going on, he didn't do too bad a job here.

I just hope TT gets like 5 pounds of flesh for this....heaven knows we need the draft picks.

They have Casserly and Wolf guiding the search this time around, so it probably won't mean too much in this case. They should hire the GM first, but it's the Jest.
